Kognent takes a modern approach to eLearning. We are driven by user experience and design and develop specialised solutions on any device, anywhere. We’re on the hunt for a Virtual Sales Representative as passionate about increasing our client base as we are and who is ready to move forward in their career. The position is permanent full-time, located at our Sunshine Coast office.

How it works

What you'll do

Sell online training solutions to new and existing clients.
Identify key target markets and establish leads.
Follow up with prospects.
Develop sales funnels.
Work with the wider Kognent team to develop attention-grabbing tactics to generate product interest.
Book and schedule follow-up meetings and product showcases.
Work directly with Kognent directors to package up solutions and promote growth areas for the business.
Manage and respond to follow-ups and enquiries.

About you

A self-starter who has the drive to solve problems.
An excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Confident when conducting strategic research, lead generation and outreach.
You have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a love for working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Able to work autonomously with support from the team.
Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and always aim to go above and beyond in all you do.
Always looking for ways to improve processes, workflows and the business.
Able to pick up verbal and audible cues on sales calls.
Driven to consistently uplevel your product knowledge.
