We’re on the hunt for a Marketing and Communications Officer as passionate about marketing quality products and providing exceptional value to our clients as we are and who is ready to move forward in their career. The position is permanent full-time, located at our Sunshine Coast office.

How it works

What you'll do

Work with the team to create and execute both the company and the subscription-based product marketing strategies.
Create and manage social media content.
Create and manage physical marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, postcards, etc.
Identify and manage Kognent’s attendance at events such as conferences, expo’s and tradeshows.
Assist with website content, and strategy to drive subscription-based product sales.
Maintain quality and consistency across platforms and outputs.
Identify key target markets and establish leads.
Develop sales funnels and attention-grabbing tactics to generate product interest.
Work directly with Kognent directors to package up solutions and promote growth areas for the business.

Who are you

About you

2+ years B2B marketing experience.
Able to work autonomously with support from the team.
Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and always aim to go above and beyond in all you do.
You don’t like to be stagnant and always look for ways to improve processes, workflows and the business.
You have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a love for working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
